Job Description

The Role
We are seeking for a multi talented Recruitment Executive to attract first-rate talents and ensure lasting and successful placements. The Recruitment Executive will manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Should have at least a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Spearheads recruitment for various positions in the company from managing online job portals, efficiently screening candidates, endorsing to each department and actual hiring \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and update job descriptions \xe2\x80\xa2 Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms) \xe2\x80\xa2 Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates \xe2\x80\xa2 Screen incoming resumes and application forms \xe2\x80\xa2 Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests \xe2\x80\xa2 Advertise job openings on company\xe2\x80\x99s careers page, social media, job boards and internally \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers \xe2\x80\xa2 Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role \xe2\x80\xa2 BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Arabic is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with sourcing techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of referral programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook) \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Sound judgement
