We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our HR team in Al Ain. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offering and onboarding, to attract top talent that drives our company's success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively source candidates using various channels, including job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, databases, and networking events.
  • Screening & Assessment: Review applications, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the process.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Schedule interviews, debrief sessions, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team fit.
  • Offer & Onboarding: Assist in the preparation of job offers and facilitate the pre-joining and initial onboarding process for new hires.
  • Data Management: Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed of market trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar HR role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job boards/platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
