The Recruitment Coordinator will support recruitment administration tasks for multiple positions across the Greater MENA Region. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for Hiring Managers and the HR team regarding daily recruitment operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
General Recruitment
Provide full support across recruitment administrative processes & procedures as follows:
Daily maintenance of candidate database and BambooHR with zero errors
Conduct daily screening and filtering of job applications for Greater MENA positions
Conduct calls ensuring all candidates marked are contacted and receive standard position brief
Schedule interviews across departments, including handling last-minute scheduling changes, ensuring that hiring managers have up to date interview schedules/list at all time
Send candidates relevant information ahead of interview (JD, Case Study, Office directions, Point of contact etc)
Send hiring manager relevant information ahead of interview (CV, Belbin, Case Study)
Monitor and follow up on scheduled interviews ensuring candidate attendance and communications
Communicate interview outcomes to candidate as directed by HR / Hiring Manager
Provide full support across onboarding processes & procedures as follows:
Review future starters and ensure candidate is briefed of start date, reporting time and key contact
Manage the new joiner administrative process for new joiners as required by HR
Administer key induction activities such; reporting candidate has arrived onsite, ensuring they have required materials, IT setup etc
Reporting to HR any leavers / staff that did not join / changes in circumstances
Build a strong knowledge of all roles and departments within the organization
Ensure all recruitment and hiring process are in-line with Axios SOPPs
Daily meetings with HR team on recruitment processes
Additional duties as required
System
Proactive management of BambooHR ensuring system is always up to date with zero errors
Full calendar and diary Management of Hiring Managers through Outlook
Additional duties as assigned
Relationships
Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Business Services Teams, Senior Regional Operational Leads and Heads of Function globally.
Maintain ongoing and frequent communication with candidates to ensure excellence in our candidate experience standards.
Special Skills and Knowledge
Excellent IT skills in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment working as part of a busy onsite HR/Recruitment team
Discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential documentation.
Compliance with processes and procedures in place

Educational Background and Experience
At least 1-2 years\' experience working in a busy administrative/scheduling environment is ideal
Recruitment / Recruitment Coordination experience is essential
HR administrative experience is a plus
Fluency in written and spoken English
Arabic Language is Desirable
