About the job Recruitment Consultant (Contract)

Our client is a government institution in Dubai looking for a Recruiter on a 12-month contract. Candidates with their Own Visa (Family Sponsored/ Golden Visa/Freelance Visa) will be given preference.

As a recruiter for the esteemed government school, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for academic and operations staff. Your primary duties will include:

Job Posting:
  • Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Utilize various channels for posting job vacancies, ensuring maximum visibility.
CV Screening:
  • Conduct thorough review and analysis of incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on established criteria.
Phone Screening:
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and gather relevant information.
Arranging Interviews:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Ensure seamless logistics for both virtual and in-person interviews.
Working with Hiring Managers:
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback on recruitment progress.
Offer and Contracts:
  • Extend offers to selected candidates in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate the negotiation and finalization of employment contracts.
Pre-Boarding:
  • Facilitate pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Communicate essential information and expectations to candidates.
Document Collection:
  • Manage the collection and verification of required documents for employment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the education industry.
  • Familiarity with government hiring processes and regulations is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic language is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Education:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
