Job Summary Tiger Recruitment are looking for an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record within the industry. Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to: - Candidate Care and Generation
Writing and advertising job roles, attracting top candidates to register with Tiger Recruitment
Uploading candidate information on to Itris accurately, consistently and promptly
Telephone screening candidates and inviting in for registration
Thoroughly interviewing candidates, fact finding and build strong rapport
Continually network with candidates to generate recommendations
Responding to candidate job applications, emails or messages and providing feedback promptly.
Providing advice including information on job search, CV format, interviews and salaries
Business Development & Account Management
Researching and approaching clients with Tiger Recruitment\xe2\x80\x99s services
Building on and expanding existing client relationships and developing new business wherever possible
Cross-selling other divisions and offices
Client mapping and account management
Utilising your network for new business development
Telephone, VC and face to face meetings with new and existing clients
Achieving set KPIs as set out in the Business Development Guidelines
Offering market knowledge, salary benchmarking and any additional information your client may find useful
Fulfilling Client Briefs and Role Management
Taking detailed job briefs (meeting in person/via VC wherever possible)
Negotiating and agreeing terms as required
Utilising all candidate sourcing avenues to fulfill job requirements
Effective Itris searches on registered and pre-registered candidates
Providing strong and targeted shortlists in short timeframes with concise candidate information
Preparing candidates for interviews, coaching them where necessary
Provide timely feedback on interviews to both client and candidate
Consult and influence client and candidates on best practice throughout the interview and offer process
Assistance in the offer process and post placement follow up.

Candidate administration \xe2\x80\x93 obtaining copies of passports, photos, updating records
Formatting CVs and editing documents
Managing recruitment portals for clients, administering any required testing

Skills / Experience Required
Previous demonstrable recruitment experience within the legal division essential.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly
