Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
Administer employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related concerns.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal company policies.
Assist with performance management, training, and employee development programs.
Coordinate employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
Organize company events and employee engagement activities.
Provide HR support to management to help resolve issues and enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Qatar Labor Law.
Experience in employee benefits administration.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Relevant HR certification or a degree in Human Resources or related field.
Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
Must be available to join immediately.
