Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Recruiter

to join our team and support our end-to-end talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate will have at least

2 years of hands-on recruitment experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions. Use job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and networking to attract qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and support background verification processes. Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for future hiring needs. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals. Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting in Oil and Gas/IT (Preferred) Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring practices (if recruiting locally in the UAE or GCC).
