About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Temporary Recruiter

to join our HR team on a 2-month contract. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities during a high-volume hiring period, ensuring an efficient, professional, and candidate-focused process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

full recruitment cycle

from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Proactively

source candidates

through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the process. Maintain and update the

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

and recruitment databases. Assist with offer negotiations and onboarding coordination. Support HR projects or talent initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a

Recruiter

or

Talent Acquisition Specialist

, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment processes. Familiarity with

ATS systems

and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines under pressure. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
