Job Summary



The

Temporary HR Recruiter

is responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle during a busy hiring period. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure the selection of qualified candidates. The role focuses on maintaining a positive candidate experience and ensuring recruitment processes are efficient and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection



Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions -- from job posting to onboarding. Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback. Prepare and send offer letters and coordinate pre-employment documentation.

2. Recruitment Administration



Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure job descriptions are accurate and up to date. Support bulk or urgent hiring campaigns when required. Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and UAE labor laws.

3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience



Represent the company professionally in all interactions with candidates and partners. Maintain timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process. Assist in promoting the company's image as an employer of choice.

4. Coordination & Support



Work closely with HR and department heads to identify hiring needs. Support onboarding activities for new hires. Participate in HR projects or initiatives as assigned during the contract period.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency). Experience in high-volume or hospitality/F&B recruitment is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems (e.g., Workable, Oracle, SAP, or similar). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines. Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented.
