Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone/video)
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring metrics
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices in KSA
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience hiring for roles within
Saudi Arabia (KSA)
is preferred
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
