Key Responsibilities for Recruiter - Insurance & Financal Servies, Dubai:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for insurance advisors, wealth consultants & support staff
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & headhunting
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
Coordinate onboarding, offer letters, and background verification
Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet aggressive hiring goals
Collaborate closely with sales & operations teams to fulfill hiring needs
Requirements:
2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services)
Familiarity with UAE job market and recruitment platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven, target-oriented & organized
Fluency in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
