Lokhs Real Estate is scaling rapidly, and we are seeking a high-calibre HR, Recruitment, Training & Performance Manager who can attract elite real estate talent, develop their skills, and keep existing agents motivated, focused, and performing at the highest level.

This is not a traditional HR role. You will be responsible for building a winning sales force -- hiring the right people, sharpening their skills, and driving performance through training, coaching, and motivation. Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to grow into a

Key Responsibilities

Recruit high-quality real estate consultants aligned with company standards and culture Achieve a minimum hiring target of 5-10 qualified agents per month Source candidates internationally, focusing on the UK, USA, Europe, and Australia, as well as nationally within the UAE. Leverage personal networks, headhunting techniques, and digital platforms to attract top performers Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers Onboard new hires and deliver structured sales, compliance, and market training Conduct regular skill-based training sessions to improve closing, negotiation, and prospecting Lead motivational talks and performance coaching to keep existing agents engaged and driven Support agent retention through leadership, accountability, and development Work closely with management to scale the brokerage with the right people and mindset

Requirements

Minimum 12 months proven recruitment experience (real estate preferred) Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written) -- essential Strong international recruitment network, ideally across the UK, USA, Europe, and Australia Confident public speaker with the ability to train, motivate, and influence sales professionals Strong interviewing, coaching, and people-management skills Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Experience recruiting or training real estate agents in Dubai is a strong advantage
