Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales or property consultancy (Preferred, but not required for motivated graduates).
Interest in Dubai's real estate market and willingness to learn about current trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about local properties laws and regulations.
Active on social media , or willing to build a strong presence related the real estate market in Dubai (With company marketing support)
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements.
Present properties to potential clients and conduct viewings.
Qualify leads and manage data using the company CRM.
Negotiate contracts and facilitate the closing process.
Stay updated on market trends and property values.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
