Job Summary:

We are hiring a results-driven

Real Estate Recruiter

to help scale our growing brokerage in Dubai. Your main responsibility will be to attract and recruit motivated real estate agents who can thrive in a commission-based environment. The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of Dubai's real estate market and is skilled in sourcing top-performing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

Source and attract quality real estate agents through online platforms, cold outreach, networking, and referrals. Maintain a strong pipeline to meet the monthly hiring target of

6 agents

. Conduct screening interviews and present qualified candidates to management.

Onboarding & Coordination

Guide new agents through the onboarding process, including RERA registration and company orientation. Ensure new hires are aligned with the company's values, targets, and commission structure.

Performance Tracking

Track the performance and retention of agents you recruit. Maintain weekly recruitment reports and updates for management review.

Brand & Outreach

Promote the company's value proposition and culture to potential candidates. Work with marketing to run recruitment ads and campaigns if required.

Requirements:

At least

2 years of experience

in real estate recruitment or similar roles in Dubai. Strong knowledge of the

Dubai real estate industry

and agent commission structures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, Dubizzle, Bayut, and other sourcing platforms. Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

Compensation Package:

Basic Salary:

AED 4,000 per month

Incentive:

5% of total commission earned by each recruited agent

Monthly Hiring Target:

6 new agents Additional bonuses may apply for exceeding targets or hiring experienced closers
