HR Recruiter

to join our team and take the lead in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively source qualified real estate agents through job portals, social media, industry events, and professional networks.
2. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with our company culture.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
4. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
5. Maintain and update recruitment records and dashboards; track key hiring metrics and trends.
6. Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
7. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the real estate sector.
8. Assist with onboarding and ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably within the UAE real estate industry. Strong understanding of the real estate market and agent profile requirements. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
