Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent (Monthly Target) Deliver onboarding and training programs focused on real estate sales and HR best practices Enhance onboarding processes and skill development for new hires Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs
Requirements:
Minimum 2
years of working experience
in thereal estate industry
Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and HR functionsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED8,001.00 per month
