Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to join our team at a Tadbeer center in the UAE. The Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and selecting domestic workers from various countries, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and Tadbeer regulations. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth recruitment process while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Creating compelling advertisements local and cross country on social media platforms. Handling end- end recruitment Sourcing and Recruitment Screening and Selection Documentation and Compliance Client Interaction Onboarding and Deployment Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze recruitment trends and provide recommendations to improve processes.
