Handle WhatsApp, phone inquiries, and patient registration
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure smooth clinic flow
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and the management team
Process payments and issue invoices when required
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in Ras Al Khaimah is mandatory
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Experience in medical reception or clinics is preferred
