(Department of Economic Development). The candidate will handle front desk duties and assist clients with visa, licensing, and documentation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors and clients in both Arabic and English.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
Guide clients through AMER and DED processes, including visa applications, renewals, Emirates ID, and trade license services.
Coordinate appointments and document submissions with PROs and government offices.
Keep records and tracking systems updated for all applications and client documents.
Support daily office operations and ensure the front desk runs smoothly.
Provide administrative support to the operations and customer service teams.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience with
AMER
,
DED
, and UAE government platforms is
required
.
Strong knowledge of visa, immigration, and business licensing processes in the UAE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing systems.
Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or higher education in Business Administration or related field.

experience in a similar role within a
