:
We're seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist who can manage front-desk responsibilities while also contributing to corporate gifting coordination and social media management. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, is highly organized, and has a flair for creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Coordinate and follow up on corporate gift orders with clients and vendors
Assist the sales team with quotations and order updates
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) -- posting content, replying to DMs/comments, and increasing engagement
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer
Background in corporate gifting and/or printing industry is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of social media platforms and basic content creation
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc. is a plus)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
