: Role: Receptionist Location: Abu Dhabi Role purpose:
Interact with customers/clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Attend to visitors and assist with their purpose of visit.
Key accountabilities of the role: These are the main responsibilities of this role Responsibilities:
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies personnel of visitor/appointment arrival; maintains security and tele communications system
Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring to inquiries
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and the given instructions
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Assure the readiness of the reception area for each working day and have all the front desk activities fully operational at the start of the business hours
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Provide information to callers over the telephone
Respond to emails and correspondence related to their scope of work
Monitors and update visitor's records
Perform basic bookkeeping and record filling
Perform data entry
To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions promptly.
Confirms appointment and maintain event calendar
Perform other duties as assigned
Build a good rapport with all clients/visitors and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service
Monitors the office recycling facilities and schedule
Results required:
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Deal with all sections and branches with high cooperation.
To take up more responsibilities and discharge them effectively and efficiently.
