We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Secretary for our Real Estate Company
Responsibilities:
Answer visitors\' questions, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information. Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs. Follow security procedures, such as monitoring the logbook. Attention to detail Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time. Managing meeting room availability. Coordinating internal and external events Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture Assisting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and termination processes Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area Excellent verbal communication Good telephone communication etiquette Organized and resourceful Customer-focused Active listener Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking Fast and eager learner
Qualification:
Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of software tools like One Drive, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of our team
