Skills And Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years relavant experience in office management
  • Must have knowledge on Employee visa process ( immigration and Labor) , insurance applications , travel arrangements ,
  • Strong communication Skills
  • Confident and Assertive

  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Attention to detail and Problem solving skills

Principal responsibilities include but not limited to;
  • Undertake receptionist duties - answer phone calls and ensure reception is always manned.
  • Responsible for administrative task such as courier shipments, office and supply requisition , filling of documents, travel arrangements and bookings, out of the country visa process , insurance application (both car and personal medical insurances) , renewal of company cars , drafting letters etc...
  • Assisting the operation departments in terms of client document preparations for employee visa , license set up works., government approvals
  • Assisting accounts department if needed
  • General admin work
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • receptionist/secretary: 2 years (Required)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
