Job Description

WRAP IT UP is a British owned Dubai based home improvement company, offering a bespoke wrapping service to create stunning, and cost effective transformations to your home. Our interior wrapping solution minimize the time, mess and cost of home renovations. Due to growth of the company we are looking to hire a receptionist / secretary to assist the General Manager on a full time basis with filing, answering customers, dealing with queries and quotes along to day to day administration of the company. Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence with our customers (emails, calls , whatsapp etc)
  • Maintain the diary for the General Manager and team of interior wrap specialists
  • Updating our database of customers, to be able to send marketing emails to
  • Logging / processing expenses
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Will assist with clients visiting our office
  • Communicate with suppliers / contractors / clients
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, etc.
  • Acting as a receptionist and meeting and greeting when needed
  • General customer service
Requirements:
  • Expert in MS Excel (must have)
  • Expert in MS Power Point, MS Office
  • Be very organized person
  • Very good communications skills and perfectly written English
  • Previous experience in Interior design / Fit-out company would be an advantage
  • Secretary / PA / EA: 3 years previous experience (Required)
  • Education: Bachelors Degree
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
