Job Summary: Looking for a Receptionist/ Secretary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Provide secretarial and front office support to the company
  • Ensure providing excellent services to all customers
  • Prepare documents for example letters, minutes of meetings, memos etc
  • Properly welcome clients and provide them with the necessary assistance in a timely manner
  • Respond to all telephone calls as well as emails
  • Keep up a hard copy and electronic filing system for the company
  • Maintain a database of potential and current customers
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Should have a pleasant personality with good public relations
  • Excellent telephone skills required
  • Good computer application knowledge required
  • Good looking Filipino candidates are required
