- Warmly greet clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist in managing client expectations, answering questions, and providing information about our real estate projects and services.
- Be prepared to present project details and features to clients, demonstrating a solid understanding of the development and its offerings.
- Take orders for and prepare beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, water, etc.) for clients, ensuring an attentive and hospitable experience.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the reception area to ensure smooth client flow and effective communication with the sales team.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales is a plus, particularly in customer-facing or luxury environments.
- Proven experience as a hostess, or similar role, in high-end restaurants, luxury car showrooms, or other premium customer service environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and articulate project details confidently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an exceptional level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a polished appearance.
- Motivated by the desire to grow professionally within the real estate development industry, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends (2/2), including Saturdays and Sundays, as part of the regular schedule.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to address and resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
