to work closely with our founder and play a key role in both creative and operational functions.

Role Overview

As the

Senior Sales & Office Coordinator

, you will be the right hand to the founder, supporting sales, social media, content creation, event coordination, and office administration. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident, creative, and passionate about fashion and jewellery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales inquiries and support customer orders Represent the brand at pop-up events and activations (including occasional international travel) Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Coordinate photoshoots, maintain content calendars, and manage social media trends Schedule meetings, manage daily admin tasks, and support office operations Style jewellery pieces and represent the brand professionally at events Plan and execute showroom appointments and influencer gifting Organize both digital and physical brand assets and archives Handle couriers, suppliers, and manage studio/office supplies Provide general support to the founder and team as needed

Requirements

Female candidate preferred (currently based in Dubai) 3-5 years of experience in fashion, retail sales, content creation, or office coordination Proficient in Canva; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and social media marketing Excellent communication and multitasking skills Presentable, well-spoken, and confident in client-facing roles Willingness to travel and flexibility with work schedule High attention to detail and ability to work independently Passion for fashion, styling, and digital content
