Key Responsibilities:
Warmly and professionally greet visitors and clients arriving at the Property Management Department.
Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
Answer general inquiries and provide initial information related to properties or management services.
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and property viewings.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and ensure proper distribution.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and general office space.
Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team as needed (e.g., filing, data entry).
