Receptionist / Office Assistant

Job Description

Greet and receive guests, clients, and subcontractors warmly. Serve coffee, tea, or water to visitors and ensure a hospitable reception area. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately. Handle all incoming and outgoing documents manually (printing, filing, organizing hard copies). Maintain manual files for project documents, invoices, permits, and correspondence. Assist with preparing documents, photocopying, and scanning as needed. Track deliveries and coordinate with couriers or vendors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and meeting areas. Order and manage office supplies and refreshment items. Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks. support engineer & admin department
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
