Job Summary




We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The Receptionist will manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary Follow company procedures for security and confidentiality

Qualifications and Skills



High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus) Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Professional appearance and positive attitude
