- Greet and welcome gym members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and addressing member concerns
- Manage gym access, check-ins, and registrations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Act as the point of contact for gym-related information and promotions
- Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling engaging content across various platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends, New Tools, and promotions to provide relevant information to the company.
