Job Brief A Front Desk Representative is a professional who is the first point of contact for all customers of a business. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception are is tidy and presentable with all necessary equipment and or material required Provide accurate information in-person and via phone / email for company business and projects Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries Keep record of office inventory Update calendars, schedule meetings in and out of office Assist in administrative work and other tasks as and when assigned Qualifications Prover work experience as a receptionist / front desk officer or similar role (Real Estate brokerage experience is preferred) Proficiency in Ms-Office and other job-related IT capabilities Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise Excellent organizational skills What We Offer Good Salary package with standard benefit
