Answering incoming calls, answering questions about company services, and scheduling appointments with agents based on client needs
Receiving and distributing mail, including packages and letters
Providing information about available properties to potential buyers or renters, including location, amenities, price range, and financing options
Creating and updating databases of potential buyers or renters based on their interests and the nature of their inquiry
Providing general customer service to clients by answering questions about policies and procedures, showing homes, and providing information about neighborhoods
Arranging for repairs or other maintenance services for clients\xe2\x80\x99 homes or businesses
Coordinating showings with agents and clients and preparing homes for showings in accordance with the agent\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines
Coordinating repairs with contractors and clients, scheduling contractors to complete work, and communicating regularly with contractors about progress on projects
Ensuring that all real estate transactions are legally compliant by keeping track of signatures and dates on documents
Greet clients and visitors as they come into the office, and provide any necessary assistance
Maintain knowledge of current listings, market conditions, and industry news to answer customer inquiries accurately
Handle all administrative tasks assigned by brokers and managers, including but not limited to preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts, creating and posting content on a regular basis
Assist with marketing initiatives, such as creating flyers and mailers
Help plan and organize events hosted by the office
Take accurate messages for agents who are out of the office or unavailable
Perform light bookkeeping duties as needed
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and communication skills
Proven experience as a receptionist, organization and administrative assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Technology and time management experience
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Real estate experience
Bilingual
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Comfortable handling confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
