The Doris Duan-Young Autism Center (DDY) is a multidisciplinary center in Dubai Healthcare City that offers innovative and evidence-based programs and services backed by industry credentials, accreditations, and certifications. DDY is now looking for more young, vibrant, and dynamic professionals to be part of its growing team. About the role: \xc2\xb7 The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, performing administrative duties, and providing quality service. \xc2\xb7 Will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating patient appointments under the supervision of the Clinical Director, ensuring that clinical operations run smoothly and on time \xc2\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and multitasking skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written \xc2\xb7 Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Experience in scheduling, coordinating, and managing patient appointments
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English will be an added advantage.

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
