Responsible for greeting visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner.
Responsible for maintaining the reception facilities and ensuring the resources are used efficiently.
Handle general administrative tasks like emailing and updating calendars.
Operate telephone switchboard to answer and forward calls , providing information, taking messages .
maintain the cleanliness of the reception area , equipment.
Follow up all prospect clients.
General Conditions: - Proficiency in English & Arabic language, spoken and written. - Good command of Computer use, particularly MS office programs. - Strong communication skills, courteous and people friendly personality. - 2 Years Front Desk Experience (Experience of UAE is a plus) - Only short listed candidates will be contacted. - When sending CV, a copy of photograph should be included
