Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager/Receptionist
Key Responsibilities: - Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. - Overseeing general office operations and maintenance. - Arranging and scheduling office cleaning services. - Handling incoming calls and correspondence, providing information, and routing calls to appropriate staff. - Managing office supplies and equipment. - Liaising with building management for any office needs or issues. - Assisting in various administrative tasks as required. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements: - Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Experience in communicating and coordinating with building management. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in Office Management is a plus. - Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
