Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Overseeing general office operations and maintenance.
  • Arranging and scheduling office cleaning services.
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence, providing information, and routing calls
to appropriate staff.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Liaising with building management for any office needs or issues.
  • Assisting in various administrative tasks as required.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in communicating and coordinating with building management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in Office
Management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
