Job Brief:
As our client is seeking a receptionist, it\xe2\x80\x99s important to note that this role often serves as the first point of contact for customers, whether they walk through the door or call the office. Apart from representing the company\xe2\x80\x99s culture, the candidate will also manage the front office and provide support for general administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Greeting visitors
\xe2\x80\x93 Managing security and telecommunications systems
\xe2\x80\x93 Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
\xe2\x80\x93 Handle incoming phone calls, transfer calls to the appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
\xe2\x80\x93 Offer general information to visitors and may assist with inquiries about the company\xe2\x80\x99s products, services, or location.
\xe2\x80\x93 Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on time
\xe2\x80\x93 Managing meeting room availability
\xe2\x80\x93 Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
\xe2\x80\x93 Handling travel arrangements
\xe2\x80\x93 Coordinating internal and external events
\xe2\x80\x93 Managing office inventory such as stationery
\xe2\x80\x93 Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide excellent customer service.
\xe2\x80\x93 Schedule appointments for clients or visitors and maintain appointment calendars.
\xe2\x80\x93 Follow company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
\xe2\x80\x93 Conforms with company policies, procedures, and contractual agreements. This includes Health and Safety, Compliance, Acceptable Use of IT, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Data Protection, and Codes of Conduct to which the company commits.

Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with visitors, clients, and colleagues
\xe2\x80\x93 Proficiency in handling phone calls, including answering, transferring, and taking messages with proper etiquette
\xe2\x80\x93 Nationality: Emirati / Emirian
\xe2\x80\x93 Female candidates who are based in Dubai or open to relocating to Dubai will only be considered for the role
\xe2\x80\x93 Work Environment: This position operates in a multi-cultural environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues of diverse backgrounds and be able to establish effective working relationships in such an environment
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, mail, and various administrative tasks
