We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional
Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive
to join our business center team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-office experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
Provide information about available office spaces and give tours to prospective clients
Record visitor details and maintain accurate visitor logs
Handle customer inquiries and assist with basic administrative tasks
Coordinate with management and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a neat and presentable reception area at all times
Requirements
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service Executive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
