Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To assist in daily administrative/operational duties.
  • Administrate the Sales as well as Procurement Department.
  • Maintain and update the database, files and inventory records must be organized and available as when is necessary.
  • Handle phone calls, and most of communications.
  • You will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
  • Update and maintain automated filing records by processing administrative correspondences.
  • Maintain good public relations
  • Handle all secretarial duties, including scheduling meetings, making an appointment, travel arrangements (such as flights and accommodations), coordinating business schedules/events, and social functions.
Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • receptionist/secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English and Hindi (Required)
