To assist in daily administrative/operational duties.
Administrate the Sales as well as Procurement Department.
Maintain and update the database, files and inventory records must be organized and available as when is necessary.
Handle phone calls, and most of communications.
You will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
Update and maintain automated filing records by processing administrative correspondences.
Maintain good public relations
Handle all secretarial duties, including scheduling meetings, making an appointment, travel arrangements (such as flights and accommodations), coordinating business schedules/events, and social functions.
