Job Description

Our company is looking for 1 Female Receptionist cum Secretary for our Abu Dhabi Branch who is willing to start immediately.

Your work will include but not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities: . Greeting in a professional manner any visitors who come to the reception desk. . Answering phone calls, taking messages and passing on callers to the relevant person. . Maintaining the efficient operation of the reception switchboard. . Arranging the office equipment in the most productive way possible. . Providing secretarial and administration support . Carrying out all administrative tasks given by the Manager. . Managing the diary of the Office Manager. . Taking part in staff meetings and actively making suggestions or comments on reception related issues. . Typing professional business letters, emails, general correspondence and proposals . Dealing with any enquiries or requests for information quickly and efficiently. . Liaising with other company staff.
