Job Description

We are urgently looking for a Female Receptionist cum secretary (Philippine) The candidate must be organized with the ability to multitask efficiently, disciplined, have good interpersonal skills needed to meet with customers, have good verbal communication, have attention to detail, and be capable of problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues. The right candidate must have: Bachelor's Degree or higher
- relevant experience in an office environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Strong phone skills
-Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
-Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Punctual with strong attendance history Job Responsibilities
-Run and maintain general daily office and reception operations
-Take calls as per set protocol (reception manual), take clear note of the minutes of meetings, and transfer the call to the right consultant
-Distribute and track all leads received (via email, call, website chat) following the criteria for lead assignment by Head of Operations.
-Greet and serve clients, guest, and employees with enthusiasm and a positive spirit always
-Ensure to deliver a high level of customer service at all times
-Ensure each call received through landline and mobile phones, are handled properly
-Maintain clean and tidy meeting rooms and office reception area
-Ensure stationery items are present in the office and the meeting room in optimum quantity Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
Must to wear mask and negative pcr test is required every 14 days to maintain the green al hos application
