Receptionist and Cum Membership Consultant!



1 Actively reach out to potential members through leads, referrals, walk-ins, and inquiries.

2 Explain membership packages, pricing, promotions, and the benefits of joining KFIT MMA Gym.

3 Conduct tours of the gym facilities, highlighting unique offerings such as MMA classes, specialized equipment, and wellness services.

4 Upsell additional services like personal training, nutrition plans, or special programs.

5 Build strong, positive relationships with potential and existing members to foster trust and loyalty.

6 Provide a welcoming and engaging environment during every interaction with members.

7 Follow up with prospects who expressed interest but have not yet joined to address questions or concerns.

8 Maintain regular communication with existing members to ensure their satisfaction and encourage renewals.

9 Assist new members in completing registration forms and agreements accurately.

10 Provide an orientation for new members, introducing them to the gym's facilities, trainers, classes, and policies.

11 Ensure members feel comfortable and informed about how to make the most of their memberships.

12 Set and achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales goals as assigned by the management.

13 Monitor performance metrics and report progress to the management team.

14 Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive membership growth.

15 Administrative Duties

16 Maintain accurate records of all prospects, leads, and members in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

17 Generate and analyze reports related to sales, membership trends, and customer feedback.

18 Ensure all documentation, including contracts and payment details, is complete and correctly filed.

19 Assist members with payment options, billing issues, and resolving any financial queries.

20 Process membership payments, renewals, and cancellations promptly and accurately.

21 Retention and Engagement

22 Implement retention strategies such as offering exclusive promotions, loyalty rewards, or special renewal discounts.

23 Identify at-risk members who may cancel and address their concerns proactively.

24 Promote participation in gym events, challenges, and group activities to enhance member engagement.

25 Collect and analyze feedback from members to identify areas of improvement.

26 Report recurring issues or suggestions to management for consideration.

27 Team Collaboration

28 Work closely with the front desk, trainers, and operations teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

29 Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional efforts to attract new members.

30 Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine membership strategies.

31 Additional Responsibilities

32 Participate in community events, fitness expos, or corporate wellness programs to promote KFIT MMA Gym.

33 Develop partnerships with local businesses to create referral opportunities and discounts for employees.

34 Stay updated on competitors' offerings, pricing, and promotions to maintain a competitive edge.

35 Suggest innovative ideas to attract diverse client segments, including MMA enthusiasts, fitness beginners, and families.

36 Proven ability to close deals, meet sales targets, and develop effective membership strategies.

37 Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients and address their needs effectively.

38 Excellent verbal and written communication for explaining membership benefits and handling inquiries.

39 Ability to resolve member concerns and objections with tact and professionalism.

40 Efficiently handle multiple tasks, including lead follow-ups, meetings, and reporting.

41 Familiarity with CRM software, gym management systems, and basic office applications.

42 Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or during gym events.

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Receptionist or Sales Consultant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

Arabic and English/ Russian, Polish, English (Preferred)
