Membership Consultant cum Receptionist

to join our team here at CHALK TRAINING GROUND. This dual-role position combines front-desk duties with membership sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and potential members, ensuring a welcoming experience while actively promoting our services and converting leads into members.

Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties:

Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally. Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails or inquiries. Schedule appointments, tours, and classes as needed. Handle check-ins and check-outs using the front desk system. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area. Manage member accounts, including updates and payment processing. Monitor inventory and supplies (e.g., brochures, towels, forms) and report shortages.

Membership Sales & Consultation:

Promote membership packages and services to prospective members. Conduct facility tours and explain available amenities and benefits. Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, or SMS. Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to attract new members. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of all prospects, conversions, and consultations. Provide exceptional post-signup support and onboarding to new members.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM or front desk software is an advantage. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in a fitness, hospitality, or service-oriented environment is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
