We are seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist cum HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also supporting our HR functions--including recruitment, visa processing, and employee onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain the reception area in a neat and welcoming manner
HR & Recruitment:
Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR database
Support in employee engagement initiatives
Visa & Documentation:
Handle in-house visa processing for employees
Prepare and organize required documents for visa applications
Liaise with government agencies and Typing centre as needed
Ensure compliance with immigration and employment laws
Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks as required
Maintain filing systems and documentation
Support other HR-related projects and activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Prior experience in a receptionist or HR support role is preferred
Knowledge of visa procedures and documentation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
