Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet people entering the company premises, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting department staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
  • Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along with setting up conference calls as requested.
  • Dispatch, arrange and receive packages, parcels, and couriers and keep a log on the same.
  • Will serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.
  • Handle filing and data entry tasks whenever required.
  • Ensure front office premises is well maintained and cleaned at all times.
  • Any clerical or administrative duties assigned whenever required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Background or work experience in a banking sector would be an added advantage.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Front Office in fast paced or MNC company would be desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
