Job Description

Luxury Estates Real Estate is looking to hire a female Receptionist and Admin Coordinator in addition to our outstanding team. Important Note: This job requires multi-tasking skills as the role will be in-charge of all the real estate administration tasks and coordination in the company. Strictly apply only if you have at least One Year Real Estate experience in Dubai and can perform the following duties and responsibilities. - Prepare NOCs, acquire Trakheesi approvals, list and and post properties online on property portals - Prepare rental and sales contracts (Forms A, B and I), and tenancy renewal contract follow-ups and confirmation - Manage portals and listings on MyCRM, Brokerpad, Propertyfinder, Bayut and Dubizzle - Knowledge about accounting and WPS processing and other HR related matters. - Greet clients, answer the telephone and make follow-up calls. - Order office supplies, prepare and distribute marketing and office materials as needed - Maintain electronic and physical paper filling systems - Communicate with Property developers and prepare agency agreements - Assist agents in closing deals - Perform other duties as assigned by the management Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
