Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department. Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Hindi and English. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Immediate availability to join the team. Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
