Description
We are looking for a talented RECEPTIONIST AND ADMIN ASSISTANT to join our team specializing in GENERAL MANAGEMENT for our CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:
- Acts as the organization's first point of contact for visitors and/or callers while ensuring professional
communication.
- Receives and directs calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Welcomes visitors, ensures and maintains proper sign-in documents and explains/follows safety
procedures. Maintains badges for new hires, contractors and visitors.
- Completes all incoming and outgoing mail requirements, including courier services and manages maintenance of the postage machine as applicable.
- Assists administrative projects as assigned
- Assists with managing the office supplies stockroom, places office supplies orders and maintains effective administration.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, front office reception, administration etc.
- Diploma in administration or equivalent
- Strong ability to communicate or interact well with other people.
- Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and difficulties
