Receptionist

The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and handle general inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs.
Manage email communication and maintain customer records.
Support the operations and sales teams with administrative tasks.
Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
Ensure a positive customer experience and assist in resolving minor issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (experience in the car rental or transportation field is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in
English and Arabic
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
